About the Founder

Liat, a native of Southern California, holds a Bachelor of Design in Textiles from Shenkar College of Art, Design, and Engineering in Tel Aviv (2012). Her professional journey has been rich and diverse, beginning with her role as a fabric consultant collaborating with interior designers and architects. Her global experiences include a stint in Switzerland, where she assisted a prestigious home and fashion label, immersing herself in the art of weaving alongside local artisans.

Upon her arrival in New York City, Liat found her niche in the Visual Merchandise department at ABC Carpet and Home. Here, she cultivated her talents as both an artist and a tastemaker, specializing in home styling and cultivating sacred spaces. Her journey within the department led her from carpet design to window displays and eventually to floral arrangements, where she brought her creative vision to life throughout the store and its eateries, orchestrating weekly events and contributing to art installations and textile productions.

Following her stint in New York, Liat deepened her expertise in styling and floral design while in Amsterdam, notably at De Bijenkorf, where her creations epitomized luxury. Simultaneously, she designed florals at an upscale floral studio, embodying a holistic approach to her craft. Amidst her professional endeavors, Liat prioritized her well-being, embracing the practice of Yin Yoga, eventually becoming a certified practitioner, blending professionalism with a commitment to inner balance and mindfulness.

Liat's work is a reflection of her deep reverence for natural materials, with her dyes and fabrics sourced directly from her surroundings, wherever she finds herself. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to textile research and product development, delving into areas such as knitwear, yarns, fiber farming, and circular solutions, all while championing health-conscious materials and environmental stewardship.

Currently, Liat is on the brink of launching her own line of women's wear, infused with her signature blend of sustainability and style. Complementing her hands-on experience, she has actively sought out creative development workshops and international accelerators, participating in industry fairs across New York and Europe. This continual immersion in the global art and design scene fuels her daily inspiration as she remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
